At Optique, we proudly offer a generous exchange policy for disposable contact lenses, valid for up to four weeks from the date of purchase. Should your eye care practitioner recommend an alteration within this time frame, we will gladly exchange any unopened boxes for the new prescription, provided that they can be returned for credit.

24-Month Manufacturer's Warranty:

In addition to our contact lens guarantee, we also offer a comprehensive 24-month manufacturer's warranty. Should you receive a defective or torn lens upon opening due to manufacturing issues, Optique will replace it at no cost to you. This warranty covers a 24-month period from the date of your initial purchase.

To facilitate a replacement, please ensure the faulty lens is stored in solution, and do not dispose of it. You must return the faulty lens to Optique within 12 months from the date of purchase to receive a replacement. We kindly request that you contact us before initiating the return process to ensure a smooth experience.

Optique Offers Free Delivery and Returns in New Zealand

Optique provides complimentary delivery and returns for all online orders within New Zealand. Typically, delivery takes 1-2 business days, unless otherwise indicated in your shopping cart. Our deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm.

Furthermore, Optique now offers the convenience of collecting your online order in-store at your preferred location, free of charge. You can also make online purchases and return your orders at our physical stores.

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing delivery delays with some Johnson & Johnson and Coopervision contact lenses. If your order has not arrived within 9-11 business days, please get in touch with us.

With every Optique online order, you will receive a prepaid returns shipping label and a returns form. After contacting us, simply complete the returns form, repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, and send it back. For additional information on our returns process, please click here.
